"Where do you get your protein?"

A common question!  Here is the answer...


Beans
Legumes
Whole Grains
VEGGIES (one cup of cooked peas has 9 grams of protein. One cup of cooked spinach has 5 grams of protein, just to give you a couple of examples)
Tofu
The list goes on...Google it.
